A cupola is the focal point of this octagonal addition which comfortably adjoins the existing club house. During the day, the cupola’s clerestory windows filter natural light into the bar area below. At night, the windows glow from interior lighting creating a beacon effect to the new exterior brick terraces and pool.
The horseshoe-shaped bar features raised panel cherry millwork and a polished black granite top. From the bar area, club members can view the beautifully landscaped grounds, manicured golf course, and pool area through the ribbon of continuous windows.
The scope of work also included a conversion of the original bar into a dining room with a new traditional fireplace as its centerpiece.
