The Admissions Suite for this prominent private college was renovated into a more appealing “first impression” for first time visitors to the campus. The previously traditional colonial style furnishings and finishes were updated into a more contemporary style to attract both potential students and their parents.
At the entrance area, a new cherry wood reception desk adds warmth and refinement. The blue and grey school colors are now set off by the repainted green display walls. New furniture, area rugs and artwork were selected to create both a comfortable and a visually informative space.
Integrated project delivery expedited the renovation process and provided a worthwhile return on investment for the college.
